brand new me!

so today offically start my first day!! i cant start the exact weight watchers simply filling food plan because I dont have all the healthy requirements for it.. until monday when i go grocery shopping.. im low on cash so i will make do of what food i have now..but im going to watch my calorie intake and also get some exercise in!**my goal is to stay under 1500 calories*




so today i ate:
72= 1 apple
100= calorie snack (last time im buying these) gross!
110=muffin double fiber oroweat yummy!!
110=muffin df
120=fat free refried beans
120= tsp of olive oil
65=1 scramble egg
65= scramble egg
150=sugar free wafers 1 serving =3 wafers.. good
0= route 44 diet dr. pepper
150- broiled drumstick with skin

offical start weight is 344!!! not to shabby when i went to the doc about 2weeks ago i was weighin 349!
