wow!

its almost been two months since i log on and i tip the scale at 348! o by the way i got a job!! yup the fat overweight lazy slob got a job!! yay me! today was offically day one! and i really like it.. o and they are sum cuties at work.. but i know i dont have any game but i will sure try play the part.lol. so i decided i need to make a change with my life yes i again.. i know this gets old but hey im ready for a new start
1. stick with my job
2. stay clear from sodas
3. dont eat after 8pm
4. drink lots of water
5. increase my veggie and fruit intake
6. exercise for about 30-60 min daily
7. add weight training
8. trying simply filling technique when i get some cash!$$

for the month of aug2009 my goal is to lose 20pds
my sept goal well 21 days after i want to lose 15
so in all i want to lose 35 pds and that would put me
at 313 which is great!!

its amazing i will be thirty one this september i have to change for the better i have to i want to find mr. right. i hope and pray he out there and i definitly want him to find me! but im just working on me right now... but hey if he happens to find me on the way to better me.. that would be grand!!! lol'

the beautiful day turns dark and gloomy

its pouring cats and dogs here in texas!! i went over my points yesterday and didnt stop there..i ate late at night definitly going over board didnt eat tonite until 2pm.. bowl of chorizo soup and maybe four white bread and one long twisty glazed donuts!! but still maintained my weight yeah i cheated it was 344 in the morning.. but i did get my 20 minute of exercise in.. if im up to it i will do more later on tonire! i drank lots of water my tummy full!


well talk 2ya tommorrow!!

beautiful day!

last nite i was sleepy feel asleep at 10 and woke right back up at 12am and havent been to sleep.. but that late night snacking but hey it was worth the thrre points and yes i ate only one serving! im sleepy now and its 7am.. i applied to alot of jobs today hopefully someone calls me!! please god!! i want to go back to work!

so today i started my day with a ice cold glass of water!! yummy!!
hey i think i might hit the sheets.. o before i leave i found some awesome websites so much information and motivation!! yah! me!

what i ate

jimmy deans sausage 2 servings=180*2=360 cal= 10 ww points!! yikes but it was sure good
2 scrambled eggs=120 cal= 3 ww points
english muffin=110 cal=1 ww point*2
fiber one cereal=60 cal= 0ww points
chorizo=280 calorie=8 ww points*2
i know it was a small portion of chorizo but to be on the safe side i going to estimate two servings so all in all=

kcal=1800 ww points=41 points

im full!! drank my water!! lots of it!

i know im not eating healthy but havent had money for food yet.. so i just eat what ever one in the house buys..

but atleast im not going over calories and points so hopefully next monday i be more on track!!

im also got my thirty minute exercise in!!

brand new me!

so today offically start my first day!! i cant start the exact weight watchers simply filling food plan because I dont have all the healthy requirements for it.. until monday when i go grocery shopping.. im low on cash so i will make do of what food i have now..but im going to watch my calorie intake and also get some exercise in!**my goal is to stay under 1500 calories*




so today i ate:
72= 1 apple
100= calorie snack (last time im buying these) gross!
110=muffin double fiber oroweat yummy!!
110=muffin df
120=fat free refried beans
120= tsp of olive oil
65=1 scramble egg
65= scramble egg
150=sugar free wafers 1 serving =3 wafers.. good
0= route 44 diet dr. pepper
150- broiled drumstick with skin

offical start weight is 344!!! not to shabby when i went to the doc about 2weeks ago i was weighin 349!

GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH!

JUNE 8- offically starts my road to success plz feel free to join me. Im not a weight watchers member but I found alot of good resources online! But I do want to go to a meeting! ne ways i have alot of videos saved on computer and i also have a exercise bike i will use both daily!! tomorrow starts my journey im kinda of excited! i just pray i can get thru the day!

i will update and log everything i eat thru out the day!
